As conversations around leadership, transformation, innovation, and intentional impact continue to shape a new generation of builders and changemakers across Nigeria, Leaders Court is set to host TURNTRANSFORM 2026, a two-day leadership and transformation conference scheduled to hold on June 12 and 13, 2026, in Abuja, Nigeria.
The conference, themed “PHENOM: Uncommon by Design,” is expected to bring together entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, founders, social impact leaders, students, and growth-minded individuals for conversations centered around leadership, systems building, business growth, innovation, influence, and purposeful living.
Hosted by Leaders Court, an Abuja-based leadership development and business consulting organisation, TURNTRANSFORM has gradually evolved into a platform focused on helping individuals and organisations grow intentionally while building sustainable impact within their industries and communities.
According to the organisers, the conference was created to provide more than motivation or surface-level inspiration. Instead, it is designed as a space where participants can engage in practical conversations around leadership, transformation, discipline, purpose, growth, and building systems that create lasting value.
Leading the conference is Ifejola Opara, President of Leaders Court and convener of TURNTRANSFORM 2026, who noted that this year’s conference is focused on helping people move beyond average thinking and become more intentional about leadership and impact.
Speaking on the upcoming event, Opara explained that the speakers for this year’s conference were carefully selected across different sectors and industries based on their work, leadership journey, systems thinking, and the impact they continue to create through their platforms and organisations.
According to him, the goal is to expose participants to real stories, practical experiences, and transformational conversations capable of helping them navigate growth both personally and professionally.
“This is more than just a conference for us. It is a gathering for people who are building, leading, growing, and trying to become more intentional about the kind of impact they want to create in the world,” he said.
He added that the theme for this year, ‘PHENOM: Uncommon by Design,’ reflects the belief that extraordinary leadership and meaningful transformation happen through intentional growth, discipline, vision, consistency, and purpose.
This year’s lineup features speakers from different sectors including business, social impact, leadership, media, communication, and enterprise development.
Among the announced speakers is Raquel Kasham Daniel, Founder of Beyond the Classroom Foundation, who will speak on “Building for Legacy: Creating Systems That Outlive You.” Through her work in girls’ education, safeguarding, community development, and social impact, she has continued to advocate for systems-focused solutions that create sustainable change within underserved communities.
Also joining the conference is Eric Gugua, known for conversations around leadership, communication, digital influence, and personal growth. Other speakers expected at the conference include business strategist Dr. Kolawole Ojo and economic analyst Stanley Onuorah, who will lead conversations around enterprise growth, financial systems, leadership, innovation, and business sustainability.
According to Leaders Court, TURNTRANSFORM 2026 is targeted at individuals seeking clarity, leadership development, personal transformation, business growth, and intentional direction for the next phase of their lives and careers.
The organisers noted that beyond networking and inspiration, the conference is designed to create rooms where people can connect with ideas, systems, and conversations capable of shifting perspectives and unlocking new levels of growth and impact.
The event is expected to attract young professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, social innovators, students, creatives, and emerging leaders from different parts of the country.
Registration for TURNTRANSFORM 2026 is currently ongoing through Leaders Court’s official platforms as anticipation continues to build toward what many attendees have described as one of Abuja’s growing transformational leadership gatherings.
