Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how businesses operate, but for Oluwaseun Iyiola, the bigger opportunity lies beyond simply automating individual tasks.

She is interested in a more fundamental question: How can AI be integrated into the way organisations actually work?

The research introduces CWORT, Consulting Workflow Orchestration Tool, a system designed to turn consulting methodology into structured, executable workflows.

Rather than allowing AI to operate without boundaries, the approach places AI within defined stages of a workflow, with governance, traceability and human oversight built into the process.

The distinction is important.

Iyiola’s approach is not about replacing professional judgement with AI. Instead, AI is positioned as a tool that can support interpretation and insight generation while people remain responsible for decisions and outcomes.

Her professional experience spans business analysis, enterprise systems and digital strategy.
